Transport details 🔎: Transport is not included for every location. Before booking, please confirm transport arrangements and charges with us. If you book through one of our partners, please also confirm whether your order includes transport to avoid misunderstandings. All transport arrangements, charges and service commitments must be stated on the official order document. Voice messages and verbal promises are not accepted as confirmation.

FOOD STALL SERVICE TERMS

On-Site Food Stall Service Hours

Maximum 3 hours

On-site food stall service depends on the serving progress of the ordered food and is limited to a maximum of 3 hours.

If all ordered food is served within 3 hours, the food stall service will end early. Our staff will pack up the equipment and leave the venue.
After 3 hours, if food remains, the customer may pack it for takeaway【excluding ice cream】. If our staff are required to continue providing on-site service, an extension fee of RM100.00 per hour will apply.

SERVICE AREAS

We serve at your event venue. Transport is calculated by location and travelling distance; send the full address on WhatsApp to confirm.
