FOOD STALL SERVICE TERMS

On-Site Food Stall Service Hours

Soft-serve: 4 / 6 hours

Basic and Popular soft-serve packages include 4 hours of service; Premium and Unlimited include 6 hours. Unlimited cones are served within the 6-hour service period.

Extensions for these four soft-serve packages are RM80 per hour. Other ice desserts and regular food stalls follow the 3-hour service terms below.

  1. If all ordered food is served within 3 hours, the food stall service will end early. Our staff will pack up the equipment and leave the venue.
  2. After 3 hours, if food remains, the customer may pack it for takeaway【excluding ice cream】. If our staff are required to continue providing on-site service, an extension fee of RM100.00 per hour will apply.
